Bohee Coffee E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Issuance and Use

    • E-gift cards are issued by Bohee Coffee and can only be used to purchase products available at Bohee Coffee's online store.
    • E-gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law, and are not transferable or refundable.

  2. Redemption

    • The e-gift card code must be entered at checkout for redemption.
    • E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
    • Any remaining balance after a transaction will remain on the card and can be used for future purchases.

  3. Validity and Expiration

    • Bohee Coffee e-gift cards do not expire unless stated otherwise. Any expiry period will be prominently displayed at the time of purchase.
    • UK law stipulates that gift cards must remain valid for a reasonable period; Bohee Coffee ensures a minimum validity of five years from the purchase date.

  4. Loss or Theft

    • E-gift cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient. Bohee Coffee is not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of e-gift cards once issued.
    • Replacements may be issued at Bohee Coffee's discretion upon providing proof of purchase.

  5. Refunds and Returns

    • Refunds for purchases made with an e-gift card will be issued back onto the original card.
    • Returns follow Bohee Coffee’s standard return policy.

  6. Limitations

    • Bohee Coffee reserves the right to decline or cancel e-gift cards if they are suspected to be obtained fraudulently.
